Hello people! I had been planning for this day for so long, but my exams ruined everything, huh. I’m still not done with them. But, anyway, do you know what’s so special about today?
It’s Firefly’s Fifth Birthday!
Woohooo! I wish you all could see her rolling and dancing all around the house with joy! She didn’t torture us for gifts this time. Good for her, she’s finally grown up. (We are going to bake her a birthday cake in the evening, but let’s keep it a secret for now.)
It’s her birthday, what do I say? I owe everything that I have to her. Every project and internship that I got was only because of her.
She has been by my side since the time I started my blogging journey on WordPress. I’ve been writing about it over and over again every year. Don’t want to repeat it and bore you all to death.

Who the hell is Firefly?
And why is she so important to me? Well, let me explain. Firefly is this weird, super crazy, and wild lightning bug. She’s almost like my soul sister – an inseparable part of my life.
You can think of her as the ‘insane side‘ of my personality, haha!
Five years back, I named my blog as ‘Twilight Firefly‘ with the aim of spreading some love, light, and positivity around. This idea manifested itself in the form of my little Firefly that I am super proud of.
Even though she always writes crazy and silly poems, I love her for whatever she is. I’m the boring one, huh. The best creative ideas always come from her side.
I’ll always be grateful to her for igniting the passion for comic designing in me. It’s only and only because of her that
I designed 50+ comic strips in just 6 months!
Have a look at some of the major characters that we created.
We both are on the mission to develop as many skills as we can right now.
We’ll learn graphic designing, logo designing, illustration, typography, animation, copywriting, technical writing, touch typing, scriptwriting, website designing, video editing, digital marketing, and whatever there is to learn!
And then,
We’ll be the Real Boss, huh.
So, to my ‘creativity ka keeda’, Happy Birthday! You’re 5 now, you’re a big girl!. Try writing some mature stuff, okay? We need to write a book soon. Keep flying, keep shining, and keep spreading love.
