Day 19 – Pandemonium

Hello all! National Poetry Writing Month is on! It’s the time when poets from all around the world exhibit their love for the art of poetry writing. 😄

My poem for Day 19 is titled Pandemonium. It’s a Rhyming Alliterisen Poem. A Rhyming Alliterisen consists of seven lines with 7 syllables each, and has one alliteration in every line. The rhyme scheme is as follows: aabbccd.

Here, I’ve tried to write something of that sort, only the syllable count doesn’t match. Have a look!

Lips curled into a sadistic sneer,
Barbaric blue eyes, arouse fear.
Dark disheveled hair speak monstrosities,
Stance like a cunning cat, perilously witty.
Clad in burning black from toe to head,
Alights Hela, the ghastly Goddess of Death,
A perfect pandemonium persists!

You can check out my previous attempts at #NaPoWriMo here and here. Thankyou. This is Firefly signing off! Keep shining! Stay safe. 🌟
